The word music comes from the Greek mousikê (tekhnê) by way of the Latin musica. It is ultimately derived from mousa, the Greek word for muse. In ancient Greece, the word mousike was used to mean any of the arts or sciences governed by the Muses. Later, in Rome, ars musica embraced poetry as well as instrument-oriented music. In the European Middle Ages, musica was part of the mathematical quadrivium: arithmetics, geometry, astronomy and musica. The concept of musica was split into three major kinds by the fifth century philosopher, Boethius: musica universalis, musica humana, and musica instrumentalis. Of those, only the last—musica instrumentalis—referred to music as performed sound.

for me music is one of the important things in my life.
juz like breathing, i can’t live without music. sounds hyperbolic? maybe.. haha
but surely, i cant imagine how this world without music. all we can hear is people talking, the sound of car, motorbike, television etc.
i always listen maybe hundreds songs everyday. from the morning till i go to sleep. by listening music i can enjoy the time, i can express my self and definetely i can sing along eventhough my voice is awful..LOL
i love music so much. not every kind of music or songs. i dont like underground music coz the noise, the lyrics (is underground songs have the lyrics anyway? coz it sounds to me juz the scream or roar). i like dangdut, swing, pop, metal, rap, r n b, and any other musics.
i think they’re brilliant. i mean people who can make gud music or songs. talented people who can transform their idea into a song.
oh how music can entertain us. when we’re sad we’re listening to the mellow song. when we’re happy we’re listening to love songs and so on.
music is a blessing
blessing so we can live our life more cheerful and beautiful.
